We really like and are trying to utilize tablets in the shop to do visual inspection pic and videos. Spencer and Joe have worked with me in the starting phases of this. Can you/we adjust privacy on tech accounts? It almost seems backwards that my tech can see profit on a job, but the tech tab isn't allowing him to see oil spec and pm guides? we LOVE the idea of tech accounts, i just believe some fine tuning should be done? If we select a different vehicle group it would nice to have custom labor rate with that group too when we work on different kind of vehicles

digitally grouping all the necessary individual parts together for a specific assembly, repair, or order into a single kit. Have BM track the individual components and the finished kits.

I have a suggestion for improving how we manage no-show appointments. For customers who book an appointment and then fail to show up, I propose adding the ability to highlight their account with a specific color designation. This would immediately signal that they have a history of previous no-shows when we are scheduling their next appointment. This feature would help us identify repeat offenders at the time of booking.

We also use this feature to text the customer an updated or finalized invoice and I'd like the message to be able to reflect that.

I have a customer with a large fleet of a variety of vehicles. I am sorting the vehicles by fleet number however, the system does not pull the vehicles from page two. I would like the sorting to include all vehicles, regardless of which page they are listed on for a more accurate sorting display.
